I would recommend the Winter School to anyone who is interested in the interaction between technology and business. The program helps you learn about yourself, technology, the business and of course TNO. A fantastic opportunity!

It was a very pleasant experience full of fun activities and new people. We enjoyed delectable dinners where we had the opportunity to get to know some of the top people from the TNO ranks. And if all of that were not motivation enough to join the Winter School, I should also mention the award for the group with the best case study. I can tell you from experience that the prize was super cool!

The group of participants was very diverse: there were people with a background in basic science, technologists, but also people trained in business administration. In mixed teams, we worked on actual cases from TNO's portfolio. While working on the cases we applied many of the new techniques and expertise that we had acquired from lectures over the previous days.
