3rd ERP 3D Nanomanufacturing Dissemination Workshop

Delft | Theater de Veste • 06 Nov 2017

Following last years' success, the 3rd 3D Nanomanufacturing Dissemination Workshop of the Early research Program (ERP) will be held at Theater de Veste in Delft, The Netherlands, on 6 November 2017. This workshop brings together the ERP ecosystem of academic researchers and industrial specialists.

During the workshop international keynote speakers present an overview of developments and upcoming challenges in the field. Like last year, the workshop will have several invited keynote speakers from academia and industry. For example, Dr. Urs T. Duerig of IBM Zurich will speak about ‘Closed loop 3D nano-fabrication using thermal probes’, Prof. Dr. Paul M. Koenraad of Eindhoven University of Technology will speak about ‘Atom Probe Tomography: Element specific 3D microscopy at the atomic level’, Prof. Dr. Willem Vos of University of Twente will speak about '3D silicon nanostructures for nanophotonics and how to view inside' and Dr. Stefan Witte of ARCNL will speak about 'Metrology through optically opaque media: from extreme ultraviolet to pump-probe methods'. In addition, there will be contributed talks and posters, making the workshop a lively event full of in-depth technical and application discussions. Look at the program for more information.

The topics of this year’s workshop are:

  • 3D (optical) nanometrology
  • Nanotomography
  • 3D nanomanufacturing
  • Advanced mechatronics and control for instrumentation
  • Bio-nano instruments

Since there will be a limited amount of seats, attendance is only by invitation. Please let us know if you are interested in receiving an invitation before 15 October by sending an e-mail to erp3dnano@tno.nl.
