Koenraad of Eindhoven University of Technology will speak about ‘Atom Probe Tomography: Element specific 3D microscopy at the atomic level’, Prof. Dr. Willem Vos of University of Twente will speak about '3D silicon nanostructures for nanophotonics and how to view inside' and Dr. Stefan Witte of ARCNL will speak about 'Metrology through optically opaque media: from extreme ultraviolet to pump-probe methods'. In addition, there will be contributed talks and posters, making the workshop a lively event full of in-depth technical and application discussions. Look at the program for more information.
