Our candidates are students, working professionals and recent alums of Ivy League, and renowned European and American universities. Our company participants are diverse, ranging from renowned multinationals to smaller, innovative firms operating in a wide variety of sectors.

The possibilities at TNO

TNO connects people and knowledge to create innovations that boost the competitive strength of industry and the well-being of society in a sustainable way. This is our mission and it is what drives us, the 3,000 professionals at TNO, in our work every day. We work in collaboration with partners and focus on five transitions that we have identified together with our stakeholders.

“As a systems engineer, I’m responsible for the technical progress of projects. I make sure that, together with the various professionals and experts involved, we reach a solution the customer can work with.” Bob Dirks

Since TNO carries out applied research, you will work at the interface between the academic world and the business sector. You will apply theoretical techniques in a new context and always create the link to the market and you will work on projects with plenty of diversity in terms of substantive issues and client situation.
