TNO at Clean Label Conference: How to create consumer-friendly ingredient statements

Itasca, Illinois (USA) • 28 Mar 2017 - 29 Mar 2017

In "Strategies to Create Consumer-friendly Ingredient Statements” Ronald Visschers, Ph.D., Business Line Manager for food research at TNO will provide insights for clean label product development. His presentation will take place at the 2017 Clean Label Conference on March 28-29 at the Westin Hotel, Itasca, Illinois, USA. His colleague Joost Blankestijn will be available at our tabletop to discuss your clean label initiatives.
The conference is a product development event that focuses on providing practical and non-commercial formulation advice and information on emerging ingredient technologies and consumer trend insights to R&D and other food scientists working on formulating for clean, export-friendly, simple-labeled foods and beverages.

The program’s 31 sessions provide a wealth of clean label technical insights. The world-class general session speakers are selected from leading product development firms, independent consultants, knowledgeable food company scientists, expert regulatory personnel and consumer research companies. Their backgrounds enable them to provide R&D attendees with in-depth, impartial formulation advice and data.

The conference will also feature 18 Technology Snapshot presentations, designed to highlight emerging clean label ingredient technologies.

The 45 tabletop exhibits are manned by technical staff with expertise in natural colorings, sweeteners, hydrocolloids, flavors, antimicrobials, fiber, proteins, starches, antioxidants, oils and more to assist in your clean label initiatives.

We are looking forward to meeting you at our tabletop.
