Workshop Power-2-Fuels: 'Fuel for Thought'

Delft area (exact location to be announced) • 06 Sep 2018

On September 6th 2018 TNO, VoltaChem and SmartPort are organizing a workshop on synthetic fuels. Current developments and the international context form the basis of formulating a first outlook on the role these fuels can play for the various stakeholders in the long-haul trucking, aviation and maritime sectors.

During the Power-2-Fuels: "Fuel for Thought" workshop the common interest between the three sectors in combination with enabling parties, production and storage companies is the central topic of the day. Together we aim to find the common goals and formulate possible steps towards it.

As TNO, we aim to bring together the parties from the entire value chain to see how we can accelerate the development of synthetic fuels together. For Voltachem, this specific workshop features as one of the events in the run-up to the annual event and fits into our evolving roadmap strategy in which we want to connect the electrification technology to the three most impactful chemical value chains: fuels, fertilizers and plastics. The intention is to design a follow-up workshop at the annual event at December 13th, around the output of this initial imaging-forming session.

Participation is per invitation. If you are interested, like to contribute to this topic and therefore should attend this session, please contact Mathieu Baas.
