Roy Mente
I am Roy Mente, now working for over 20 years within innovation (management) in the security domain at Police, KMar, Defence and TNO, among others. Together with enthusiastic colleagues, I work on strengthening and expanding TNO's services in the field of Short Cycle Innovation (SCI). This is an annual goal of the unit DSS directorate.
SIP involves the agile testing and adaptation of various (existing) technologies to make them suitable for implementation and deployment at Defence and security parties.
I find the link between innovation/technology and the security application domain particularly fascinating and important. This is partly why I am also an active reservist.
You can also come to me for innovation issues in the field of hybrid warfare, (OSINT) intelligence and cyber.
