What will be your role?

This internship/master thesis project targets the design, implementation and functional validation of a Hydrogen High Pressure Direct Injection (HPDI) Injector model

For this MSc project the following activities are foreseen:
  • Literature study on fuel injection modelling and HPDI (hydrogen) combustion1*
  • Selection of modelling environment*
  • Identifying HPDI Injector functional design and geometry*
  • Design of HPDI injector model*
  • HPDI injector model implementation
  • Model functional validation and sensitivity study
  • Writing report and presenting results
  • Part of internship
