You will start by developing reference implementations of video compression tools. For this, you will work closely with the TNO researchers who are experts in video coding and are actively participating in the definitions of standards developed by organizations such as MPEG, IETF and ISO. The scope and the complexity of the work will be fitted to what we think is best, depending on if you aim for an internship (minimum 2 months) or a final project such as a Master Thesis (minimum 6 months).
