What will be your role?
Your added value for the team is on the one hand to support parties with knowledge and assessment frameworks, in order to make substantiated decisions in complex issues, and on the other hand to pick up on noises from the market and link them to relevant research questions for TNO. Examples of this are complex issues in which different movements and interests come together, such as the energy transition, circularity, accessibility, logistics and economic impact. You are interested in this and you also want to actively follow it from your work.
How do you want to contribute to tomorrow's world? How big can your impact be? Come and work at TNO and envision it.
What we expect from you
You are interested in innovations and you would like to understand in broad terms how this works, both technically and business wise: for example, which actors are involved in supplying electricity to your meter box and what they earn from this. If you have experience in creating or analyzing business models, business cases and/or economic impact analyses, this is useful. If not, then you will gain this experience.
Strategic advisory skills to advise our clients, supporting policy issues and decisions in complex problems. In addition, a macro perspective on developments and trends in construction and adjacent areas of construction companies can be supported from an economic perspective with the formation of innovation and cooperation. In the past also a clear role as a process facilitator in setting up a business to get the customer and her thoroughly at the table and to challenge them to go down on paper.
What else you bring:
- A university master's degree in Technical Public Administration, Business Administration, Architecture or Industrial Design
- 2-5 years of relevant working experience
- You can work well together,
- You are eager to learn
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) in Dutch and English.
