  • ZZP Property Planner®: optimally adjusts investments, ZZP/DBC revenues and building cycles in relation to each other.
  • Capital Planner® adjusts lease, residual value, investment, unprofitable top, equity, loan capital and profit transparently, interactively and optimally in relation to each other.
  • City Capital Planner®: in (area) developments adjusts the interests of care institutions, housing corporations and commercial investors transparently, interactively and optimally in relation to each other.
