Why participate?

This Unconference is designed for CTOs like you and offers a trusted environment to:

  • Share challenges and receive input from experienced peers;
  • Learn from different approaches and gain fresh insights;
  • Expand your network with like-minded tech leaders.

What is an Unconference?

At an Unconference, you as a participant set the discussion topics. Maybe you can help other startups or scale-ups with your experiences. Or perhaps you have questions or themes you want to discuss, such as your patent strategy, setting up an asset-light development approach, whether your product is market-ready, or how to start an agile hardware process.

Everything is open for discussion in this flexible format. After a brief introduction, the facilitator will explain how it works and the discussion rounds will begin.

  • 10:00 – 10:15: Opening and welcome
