Luna Burk

As a social psychologist at TNO, I work on a broad range of health and work projects. I specialize in making human needs and experiences measurable, translating scientific insights to real-world contexts, and designing inclusive, stakeholder-driven research.
Quote: Meaningful innovation starts with understanding and measuring what people truly need.
Feel free to contact me for projects in which human-centered research is central, within both health and labour market innovations. I focus on patient and stakeholder engagement in the development and validation of digital biomarkers, with a specific focus on meaningful and inclusive application in practice. I also work on projects focused on the skills-based labour market, lifelong development and diversity and inclusion in the labour market.
In multidisciplinary projects, I combine quantitative and qualitative methods to make complex human needs, experiences and behaviours measurable. In doing so, my focus is on the connection between scientific knowledge and practice, with explicit attention to inclusive research designs.
