Your role
You manage several projects simultaneously. For each project, you identify the requirements behind every research question. You also build up a picture of the contexts and interests of the parties involved. You organize and plan the research, monitor its progress and budget, and assume responsibility for the results. These range from feasibility studies and proofs-of-concept to prototypes.
Occasionally, you work for one client. At other times, you lead a project with a number of stakeholders. At TNO, we bring together businesses, public authorities, and knowledge institutions. Your managerial skills will therefore be called upon to ensure that everyone is on the same page. In addition, you frequently coach diverse and multidisciplinary teams of researchers and experts. Because collectively, you achieve results that matter!
