EU PVSEC is the European PV Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition. The conference has complete and varied scientific programme which is of interest to all stakeholders. It covers the latest development on topics ranging from PV concepts, materials, cells and modules, to applications, systems, policies and markets. The programme consists of three plenary sessions, and many oral and visual sessions grouped by topic and theme and four discussion sessions.
TNO is proud to play several roles in the organization of this event and contributes to more than 30 presentations, as a presentor of oral or poster presentations, chairperson, or contributor of a paper.

The scientific opening will be on 6 September from 8:30 – 9:50. Theme of this plenary session is Devices in Evolution: Pushing the Efficiency Limits. Chairpersons are Wim Sinke, principal scientist solar energy at TNO and Robert P. Kenny of the European Commission Joint Research Centre in Ispra (Italy).
