Onboarding

All new employees at TNO, national and international, take part in the onboarding program starting their first working day. To begin with, you will be connected with a mentor and you will have an informal lunch with the direction. In closing, after about 3 months, you will take part in a 2-day social network event  together with other employees during which you can experience TNO and her people across the board.
