All new employees at TNO, national and international, participate in the TNO onboarding programme from their very first day. To start with, you get a mentor and you go for an informal lunch with the management. Within two months, you will participate in Hello@TNO together with other new employees. This is a social networking event in which you can experience TNO and its people throughout the organisation. At the moment there is a pilot with an onboarding app to introduce new colleagues to us immediately after signing the contract. In the app you will be welcomed by the CEO and introduced in an interactive way to who we are, what we do and the preparation for your first day. The onboarding programme will facilitate your onboarding at TNO so that you can get started effectively and efficiently!
