What will be your role?
You’ll join a close-knit team of strategy managers. Our team members have diverse backgrounds, from strategy departments in large corporates, to design and strategy consultants, to high-level government institutions. You will work together with all Units of TNO and the various staff departments. This provides you a great opportunity to build a large network throughout the organization and expand your knowledge and experience.
What will be your role?
- Conduct (data) analyses to provide in-depth market, competitor, customer and portfolio insights.
- Draft and analyze business cases.
- Provide fact-driven decision support and prepare presentations for the Executive Committee, Board of Directors and Supervisory Board.
- Work with group strategy managers on managing the annual planning process and reporting cycle, including unit business reviews.
- Liaise with unit strategy managers to optimize inputs, process and timelines.
- Lead unit specific strategy projects.
- Coordinate and update TNO-wide change agenda in staff departments and units.
What we expect from you
- Master’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics or Technology.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, a corporate strategy department or data analytics consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Some experience in building business cases and Board level presentations.
- Sound Powerpoint and Excel skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Team spirit and a good sense of humor.

The selection process
Please apply before the 18th of January, 2026. The selection process comprises two interview rounds. In a final meeting we will discuss the terms of employment and your tailored benefits package. We aim to finalize the entire process within four weeks.
The selection process may include an online assessment and a reference check.
A certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required before starting a new job at TNO.
