Selection process

Everything starts with your resume, make sure it looks good and suits the position you are applying for.

After a positive review of your CV and motivation, you will be invited to a preliminary interview, followed by a second interview with employees working in your chosen field and, possibly, a presentation assignment. The third round for starters comprises an assessment.

This applies also to professionals who may also be interviewed by the Director of Research before moving on to a fourth round interview with the Managing Director. You will be contacted (by phone) within three working days and may be invited to a continuation of the selection process.
