Work health

I am trained as an Occupational Health Psychologist and primarily conduct research on the impact of human and organizational failures on the safety and health of employees. Currently, I am active in the fields of safety culture and behavior, (team) resilience, and safety in relation to the digitalization and robotization of work. Additionally, since 2020, I have been trained and certified (NOBCO, EIA) as a professional coach specializing in career and personal development.

I am focussing my work on the interaction and collaboration between people and technology, human machine interfacing, augmented reality and co-bots. Key expertise in evaluating user performance, behaviour, co-design, experimental design and statistics.
