Bart Kaas

Bart Kaas is an energy consultant at TNO Vector. He has a background in Mechanical Engineering and Systems and Control, and over ten years of experience in the energy domain. In his work, he focuses on the future functioning of the energy system, with particular attention to electricity and the role of energy flexibility. As an Innovation Orchestrator, he collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders and brings together different perspectives and areas of expertise, including digitalisation, regional collaboration, market design, and companies and households facing grid congestion.
