Due to Corona limitations, the Trainee Selection procedure that was about to open April 9, is revoked. We are hoping to open up our next vacancy (for the Trainee Programme of February 2021) end of this summer.
In order to be eligible for the TNO Trainee Programme, you will participate in the selection process that consists of three steps, namely:
Step 1: CV selection
By using this form you can upload your CV, letter of application and a short video in which you answer the question: "what makes me tick?".
Selection moment 1: If your CV, letter of application and video match our wishes and criteria for the Trainee Programme, then we invite you for the trainee selection day with a personal program. You will receive notification from us one week after the closing date.
Step 2: TNO trainee selection day
Before the trainee selection day takes place, you will receive an invitation to take the LTP capacity test.
During the selection day at our head office in The Hague, you will have two job interviews, complete a group assignment and make a pitch. You will also get to know current and former trainees.
Selection moment 2: Based on the evaluation of all parts of selection so far, we invite you to the next round.
Step 3: Assessment
The final step to the TNO Trainee Programme consists of an extensive assessment in which you will be tested by LTP on important competencies.
Selection moment 3: Based on the feedback from LTP, we decide which candidates will be appointed to the Trainee Programme. If you are chosen, you will then be invited to an interview on terms and conditions of work.
