Improve sustainable employability with the Sustainable Employability IndeX
Sustainable employability of employees is crucial to remain future-proof as an organization. To measure the sustainable employability of employees, TNO has developed the Sustainable Employability IndeX (DIX). The basis for the DIX lies in research that TNO has conducted over the past 15 years into all aspects of sustainable employability.
The DIX provides employees with insight into their own sustainable employability, and gives organizations insight into the sustainable employability of their staff. This offers directions to improve sustainable employability, both at the individual level and at the group level.
The DIX consists of the following themes:
- Health
- Knowledge and skills
- Job satisfaction
- Work-life balance
- Personal leadership
- Performing now and in the future
- Impeding factors in performance
