TNO named Most Attractive Non-Profit Employer in the Netherlands for fifth time
TNO has been awarded the Randstad Award for most attractive non-profit employer for the fifth time. This is according to the annual Randstad Employer Brand Research conducted among 13,000 Dutch people aged 18–65. Irene van den Broek (HR Director) received the award from Jeroen Tiel, CEO of Randstad Group Netherlands.
150 largest employers in the Netherlands
Each year, Randstad assesses the attractiveness of the 150 largest profit and non-profit organisations in the Netherlands. The study provides a detailed overview of companies, sectors and attributes that are appealing, and why. Factors considered include employment conditions, workplace atmosphere and career development opportunities.

'It is recognition for TNO’s people: every day, they work together on solutions to major societal challenges.'
Strong reputation and meaningful work
TNO scores particularly well on reputation, financial health, interesting and meaningful work, and job security.
Irene van den Broek, HR Director at TNO: 'We are delighted to win this award once again. Above all, it is recognition for TNO’s people: every day, they work together on solutions to major societal challenges. We do everything we can to create a working environment where colleagues can develop, be themselves and make an impact. The fact that we achieve this together, and that the labour market recognises it, makes me incredibly proud.'
At TNO, people work on shaping our times and apply their expertise to issues that truly matter: from defence and climate to health and digital transformation. We are proud that Randstad’s research confirms TNO as the most attractive employer in the non-profit sector.
