Social resilience
Our society faces several major crises simultaneously. These crises differ from each other but also reinforce each other. In this 'polycrisis', military resources are of great importance, but not enough. A major joint effort is needed.
The complex and dynamic security environment of the polycrisis calls for a comprehensive approach to societal resilience. TNO analyses the threat landscape and assesses what that means for optimised development and planning of civilian and military capabilities. Our unique contribution is embedded in our multidisciplinary approach and expertise that offer anticipatory analysis and systemic innovations.
