Hello, I am Norman Egter van Wissekerke, Programme Manager of the Cure and Care cluster. You can come to me with questions about the efficient and sustainable construction and use of healthcare real estate, contamination control, and indoor air quality in healthcare.

My many years of experience, especially within the CAD, GIS and BIM world, make me our unit's designated business developer in the field of digitalisation in the built environment. Whether it's digital twins, predictive models, ontologies or monitoring of existing buildings and infrastructure, I know how to make the link between market and TNO expertise.

I am a researcher/consultant in the field of contamination control, energy, and installation technology, specialising in air handling systems in operating rooms. My focus is on Dutch healthcare. I connect governments and businesses with our teams in healthcare energy and indoor air quality, seeking new opportunities to develop and implement innovations in these areas.

I work as principal consultant on Vulnerability of Buildings. My core areas of interest are the effects of dynamic and climatic actions on buildings, associated risks for safety of structures, physical damage to buildings and health issues for inhabitants.

Special interest goes to the effects of land subsidence caused by human activities and climate change which increasingly leads to risks and associated costs to our built environment.
