The coronavirus (COVID-19) has the world in lockdown. Something that none of us have ever experienced. This is true for TNO as well. Over 3000 of our employees work from home, among which many of our recruiters.

After a positive review of your CV and motivation, you will be invited to a preliminary interview, followed by a second interview with employees working in your chosen field and, possibly, a presentation assignment.
The third round for starters comprises an assessment. This applies also to professionals who may also be interviewed by the Director of Research before moving on to a fourth round interview with the Managing Director. You will be contacted (by phone) within three working days and may be invited to a continuation of the selection process.
