Selection process

Everything starts with your resume, make sure it looks good and suits the position you are applying for. And make sure your motivation is distinctive, because you are not the only one interested in a career at TNO. After a positive review of your CV and motivation, you will be invited to a preliminary interview, followed by a second interview with employees working in your chosen field and, possibly, a presentation assignment.

The third round for starters comprises an assessment. This applies also to professionals who may also be interviewed by the Director of Research before moving on to a fourth round interview with the Managing Director. You will be contacted (by phone) within three working days and may be invited to a continuation of the selection process.
