- Contributing to the design of new digital workplace concepts;
- Advising on improvements and proposing new IT products and solutions;
- Maintaining contact with vendors to ensure the best products and support;
- Proactively keeping up with new technologies and trends, sharing knowledge, monitoring developments, and proposing initiatives to improve service levels;

- At least a Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in an ICT-related field;
- A willingness to work with new technologies and within a complex environment, with a strong motivation to learn — both for on-premises and cloud-based applications;
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role;
- Product knowledge and hands-on experience with endpoint management solutions, particularly Microsoft MECM/Intune, RDP/VDI, and SQL Server;
- Experience managing virtualized IT infrastructures and knowledge of ITIL 4 guidelines;

- The ability to develop complex solutions to problems, combined with conceptual and strategic thinking skills;
- Flexibility to work outside office hours when necessary;
- The ability to communicate effectively with vendors and external organizations on an operational level;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to clearly explain complex IT solutions.
