The constant evolution of technologies and tactics means that traditional protection methods and strategies have to be continuously adapted. TNO can do this like no other, thanks to in-depth knowledge of advanced technologies, weapon effects and the complexity of the battlefield. Together with our partners, we work on the development and integration of protection concepts that are flexible enough to cope with current and future threats, without compromising battle power. This ranges from improving mobility through weight reduction to using innovative material concepts to manipulate visibility. Working closely with defence, we aim to jointly develop and prioritise solutions.

Together with our partners, we continue to accelerate the path from knowledge to technology to operationally deployable capabilities. This is how we ensure that our armed forces are offered the best possible protection on the battlefield. Now and in the future.
