Supervisory Board

The TNO Supervisory Board is responsible for supervising the policy of the Board of Management and advising them.

The Supervisory Board has seven members appointed by Royal Decree. The chairman and three of the members are appointed on the recommendation of the Minister of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, (one of whom is recommended by the Central Works Council). Three members are appointed on the recommendation of the Minister of Education, Culture and Science.
