Viannette is driven by complex challenges at the intersection of technology, markets and societal impact. She enjoys working in multidisciplinary teams on projects that contribute to a carbon-neutral energy system while also creating clear value for companies, public organisations and international partners.

Her work focuses on propositions and collaborations around electricity grids, molecular networks such as hydrogen, CO₂, ammonia, heat, sustainable gases, system integration, asset integrity, safety, resilience assessment and digital decision support. She is also connected to the HEROW community, where stakeholders share knowledge and accelerate developments in offshore hydrogen. In these areas, she helps translate TNO’s applied research into practical solutions, joint programmes and scalable partnerships.

With her technical background in pipeline and energy systems, Viannette connects the right expertise, organisations and opportunities. In doing so, she helps strengthen TNO’s position as an independent knowledge partner for safe, resilient and scalable energy networks in the Netherlands, Europe and beyond.
