Our society faces several major crises simultaneously. These crises differ from each other but also reinforce each other. In this 'polycrisis', military resources are of great importance, but not enough. A major joint effort is needed.
The complex and dynamic security environment of the polycrisis calls for a comprehensive approach to societal resilience. TNO analyses the threat landscape and assesses what that means for optimised development and planning of civilian and military capabilities.
