We offer you 28 days of leave, as standard, plus 5 ATV compensation days when you are employed full-time. TNO also contributes to a career scheme whereby you receive a flexbudget, which can be used for your own choices within our a la carte package You can also opt to have the amount paid monthly along with your salary.

The à la carte system offers you the possibility to couple your terms and conditions of employment to your own wishes and personal situation.
